Bob isn't doing any photography for hire at this time. He is presently on disability, recovering from an illness, and from a car accident in which he was hit from behind by a driver who fell asleep.

Bob lives in Los Angeles, but his dreams are in Asia, in Thailand and Cambodia, and maybe Laos. The past, and probably the future lies in Asia. There is such beauty in the land, and in the people. The Buddhist traditions and teaching have left the people happy although they have so little when compared to those of us in North American, Western Europe, and Japan.

Bob loves things that are not ordinary, things of exceptional beauty, and things that many people find so repulsive that they walk by without looking. Bob feels a special empathy for the homeless, and there are many photos here of homeless people. The homeless need the help of others, the compassion, and attention from the government. Many are homeless through their own mistakes, and many are there just because they are not able to compete in a society where education and social skills are required to compete. Nothing they have done can take away from their humanity.
