Above is a pretty VietNamese girl and the Viet Nam memorial to the "American" IndoChina war. To be expected, the slant they have on the war is different than ours. Inside there are photos of the journalists that were killed during the war and many examples of art from the children of VN in that era. There were many many drawings showing our B52 aircraft raining bombs over the villages of VietNam. I was told that three million civilians were killed during the war, and afterward, I researched the subject at home, and I believe the figure is accurate. I wondered at the time of the war what on earth we were dropping all the bombs on, not once did I think we were bombing day after day villages that contained women, children and the old.
